For security reasons, invites to Penneo are only active for 14 days. If you have received an invite which has expired you should contact your administrator, who can send you a new invite.
Remember to add an eID if you wish to use this as a login method since you can not log in with an eID before you have added it as a login method.
Connect an Electronic Identity Provider to your Penneo Login
If you have a user with an invitation that has expired, you can ask another administrator to reset your password. If you are the only administrator, you can contact Penneo Support for help.
