You can sign your documents with Penneo using touch signatures. You can use it on a touch screen with your finger - ie. mobile phone or tablet - or with your mouse on the computer.
Touch signature is safer than conventional signatures, since we register both the IP address of the signer and the date and time of the signature. However, it is not as safe as using an e-ID, therefore we recommend it only when the use of an e-ID is not possible.
If you are sending a case file and would like to allow touch signatures, simply check the "Allow touch signatures" box when adding signers to the case file on the web portal.

If you are a signer and touch signature do not appear as an option when signing in, contact the sender of the document and ask them to change the case file to allow touch signatures.
