If you for any reason would like to distribute the signing requests yourself, you can activate the feature Sign at the meeting. In doing so, instead of sending signing requests via email to each separate signer, there will only be one email sent to the creator of the case with all the signing links listed.
This feature was added as a way to quicken the signing process when in physical meetings but will benefit anyone who for any reason wants to be in control over how the requests are sent.
Instructions for Penneo V2
- Start the case file creation process.
- On the first page, select Show Advanced Options and then check This case will be signed in a meeting.
That's it! You can now go ahead and finish the process like you normally do. When sending the documents as the last step, an email will be sent to only you as the creatorof the case. It will look something like this:
You can either pass your laptop around the table in the physical meeting, or you could send these links to the corresponding people in whatever manner you prefer.
