How to get the NemID box to appear
There can be several reasons as to why the NemID box does not appear when you try to sign or log in.
The most common cause is a periodic error that can be solved easily by closing all windows of your browser and accesing the page again.
- Try clicking on the green button that says "Go to signing".
- Try closing all windows and start again.
- Do you have the latest Java update installed? You can download it from here
