Error code 503 can mean different things depending on what you are doing when the error occurs. Most often you can see the error when signing a document or when you are creating a new casefile in Penneo.
Should you experience this error while signing or reading your documents it is because of a communication error with the server. To fix it simply reload the page by pressing F5 on your keyboard or the reload function in your browser. If the error persists please contact our support at email@example.com.
Creating a casefile
If you are creating a casefile and see this error you most likely see this while uploading the documents you want send out for signing. The error occurs because our system cant work with the PDF's that your are uploading. To fix you can remake the PDF's with a PDF printer and uploade the new document that is created. If this does not work please contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
