Error code 503 can mean different things depending on what you are doing when the error occurs. Most often you can see the error when signing a document or when you are creating a new case file in Penneo.
Should you experience this error while signing or reading your documents, it is because of a communication error with the server. To fix it, simply reload the page by pressing F5 on your keyboard or the reload function in your browser.
Creating a case file
If you are creating a case file and experience this error, the error occurs because our system cannot work with the PDF's that you are attempting to upload, see What files can I upload to Penneo? This is typically fixed by printing a new version of your PDF. To print a PDF open the file, click on the print option and change the printer to Save as PDF, print the file and save it. Try uploading the new PDF to Penneo.
