How to change in V1:
- Click on the profile icon
- Now click on "My company" in the drop-down menu
- You will see several tabs. The default one is "Master data"
- Change the data that you wanna change.
- The data you can change is: 1) Default Language (English, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian), 2) Security & Privacy (Allow transferring ownership of data and Enable sensitive data by default for all case files), 3) Data Handling (Enable automatic data deletion and Empty recycle bin automatically), 4) Casefile settings (Default reminder interval), 5) Miscellaneous, 6) Administration and 7) Allowed Signing Methods (NemID, BankID Sweden, BankID Norway, and itsme)
- Click "Save changes" when you are done

- Only administrators have access to this
How to change in V2:
- Click on the profile icon (the icon in the right corner with your username)
- Now click on "Manage My Company" in the drop-down menu, and see under Details.
- Under Details you can change the following: 1) Edit details ( address and more), 2) Default Language (English, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian), 3) Security & Privacy (Allow transferring ownership of data and Enable sensitive data by default for all case files), 4) Data Handling (Enable automatic data deletion and Empty recycle bin automatically), 5) Casefile settings (Default reminder interval), 6) Miscellaneous, 7) Administration and 8) Allowed Signing Methods (NemID, BankID Sweden, BankID Norway, and itsme)
- Click "Save changes" when you are done
