When you sign some documents the system will try and validate the NemID that is used for signing. One of the things it checks in the NemID is the address. If the signer does not have a danish address they will get an error, because the validating fails.
To get around this you can put in the signers CPR number (Social Security number). With the CPR number the system no longer needs the address to validate the NemID.
If you know in advance that the signer dont have a danish address
When creating the casefile you simply put in the signers CPR number.
