Error code 5 is shown when your name is not active on your NemID. If your name is not connected to your NemID then Penneo can't validate your NemID, so the error is shown.
What we can always validate is your CPR number that will always be attached to your NemID.
- Contact the sender and have them attach your CPR number to the casefile.
- The error also occurs if you have protected name and address. Or it might be a simple setting in your NemID, that can be solved on NemID's self service page www.nemid.nu. To see how you activate your name in your NemID click here.
