If a case file has expired you can either delete it if you don't need anymore or reactivate it. If you want to reactivate there are a few steps you need to do.
- Log in to Penneo
- Locate your case file
- When in the case file start by setting a new expiration date for the case file with the date and time selector and click save changes.
- Next navigate to the user to the left where it says Rejected. Navigate to the Actions menu in the middle.
- In the Actions menu you can revert the rejection.
- Update your page with F5 on your keyboard and the case file will now be active again.
