If you already have connected an Electronic Identity provider to your Penneo Login, but might want to remove it. You can do so by following this Article.
How to Remove an Electronic Identity Provider from your Penneo Login:
- Login to your Penneo account
- Click on 'My Profile'
- Click on 'Manage Credentials'
- Locate the connection you would like to remove, and click on 'Remove':
- You have removed the connection, and you can no longer log in with the removed provider.
Tip: If you have used your Personal Electronic Identity (e-ID) Provider for signing personal documents, and added the e-ID providerto your Company account. You will need to remove the connection from your Company Account to gain access to your personal documents again.
