You may have logged in to your private account with your electronic ID (e.g. NemID/BankID/FTN/Itsme) that is not linked to your company account. Private accounts are automatically created when you sign documents with an electronic ID that is not affiliated with any company account in Penneo.
To get started with Penneo, you have to receive an e-mail invitation where you must activate your user with username and password or an other type of login method your company chooses.
If you have already received an invitation then just complete the process. Once you have done this, you can log in to your company account here: app.penneo.com
Follow the instructions below if you are logged in but cannot do anything:
1. Log out of Penneo
2. When you have logged out, you will see the login window again. Use the login method you used when activating your user account. If the method you used was username and password, then you must log in with the following login method.

Tip: If you are unable to log in to your company account, your Penneo administrator can activate or reset your password for you, after which you can connect your eID. Read more about resetting the user here: Reset Password for a Penneo User
