This article contains the basic information you need to know about creating or updating a form in Penneo. You will be able to find links to different parts of creating/updating a form template below.
If you do not have access to creating forms please contact your internal Penneo administrator and ask them. If your company does not have access to forms, please reach out to your contact person at Penneo or our customer success department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
This part contains some important information.
- When creating a form template that form will be connected to that unique user. This means that the user who created the template will be notified when a form have been filled out and signed.
Penneo recommends creating a new shared user with a shared purpose. This shared user enables for your company to have a bunch of people in your organisation getting notified when a form has been signed.
- When updating a form with for example new fields it does not matter what user that is used. The template will still be mapped to the user that created it.
- The font used for the input fields is Helvetica, 10pt.
Penneo forms are on a public URL. Each form template has its own unique URL for that specific link. A URL will look like this:
You can take this URL and set it up on your web page or in an email. When users click on the link they will be forwarded to the template.
