This part contains some important information.
- When creating a form template that form will be connected to that user. This means that the user used to create the template will be notified when a form have been filled out and signed.
Penneo recommends creating a new shared user with a shared email address so it is not just one person in your organization that is notified when a form have been signed.
- When updating a form with for example new fields it does not matter what user that is used. The template will still be mapped to the user that created it.
- Forms are a bit different when it comes to where they are stored on your archive. As a standard they will be located in a sub folder called Forms - XXXX where the x's are a 4 digit ID number. That sub folder is located in a folder called Masseudsendelse.
Penneo forms are on a public URL. Each form template has its own unique URL for that specific link. A URL will look like this:
You can take this URL and set it up on your web page or in an email. When users click on the link they will be forwarded to the template.
