In this article we will go through the different settings and options there is for a form template.
To find the options click on Show Advanced Options below the buttons for Add form field and Save and continue.
Template Settings
Allow Co-Signer - Activate this and there will be an option in the menu to the right when filling out the form to set a Co-signer.
Require Co-signer - This makes the Co-signer mandatory and you can not move on to signing without filling out the fields for name and email.
Allow Attachments - This options enables for the user to upload one or more optional files as attachments to the form. The attachments can be found in the case file in the Penneo archive after signing. Be aware that files can not be larger than 2 megabytes each.
Require Attachments - This option is only needed if the user is required to upload a file before they sign.
Sensitive Information - With this option the signed form will not be attached the finalization email there will be sent out to all parties. Note that you cannot enable touch signature if this option is ticked.
Signing Options
Enable Touch Signatures - If this option is enabled the signer will have the option to sign the document with the Touch Signature option. However, if 'Sensitive Information' is activated you will not be able to activate touch signature for the template.
