If you're experiencing problems witht the Penneo Printer in Windows, activating the "Compatibility Mode" in the Penneo Desktop Application helps with the most common issues.
Enabling Compatibility Mode in the desktop application:
- Inside the Penneo application, click on "Application" in the top menu and select "Preferences" (CTRL P)
- Click on the "Compatibility" tab
- Under the "Compatibility" tab check the box for "Enable Printing Folder"
