You can now select what happens to your documents after they have been signed. When signing it is possible to have your documents saved in your personal archive where you will be able to access them when ever you want. Or you can select a temporary archive where the documents will be automatically deleted after 14 days.
If you select the temporary archive you will have 14 days to download the documents and store them yourself. Afterwards the 14 days have expired Penneo can not help you get your documents back.
Should your e-id that you use for signing be attached to more than one user in Penneo you will be able to select what user to store it on. That way you can have your e-id attached to both your personal account and your company account.

You can select between your different users that you want to store it on.
