If you get a message that tells you that your signature no longer is needed it can be because of a couple of reasons:
- The creator of the case has removed you from the case.
- The document only needs X amount of signers with the same role as you, and your signature is no longer needed.
- The role you have been assigned doesn't have a document to sign in the case file.
If you are a signer and you think that it is a mistake that you no longer need to sign, we encourage you to contact the person who sent you the document and ask why you have been sent the documents.
