If you have clicked a link and receive error code 404, it is caused by the link not being active anymore. This happens for one of the following reasons:
- You have received a reminder regarding the signing, and the link you have opened is now inactive. Try to see if you can find the newest reminder email with the link, or you can request a new one from the one who sent it to you. You can filter your email-cache with keywords to show all Penneo mails.
- You have clicked on a link that has been removed by the requester. If the sender of the request either has deleted you as a signer or changed the recipient email, you will receive an error 404.
- You have received an invitation or a reset password email for your account, but the link has expired. The link will be active for 14 days, however if you click on it, you need to complete the process within 30 minutes or the link will become inactive. Contact your administrator for a new link.
