Note: To reset Login mothods users, your Penneo User must be an Administrator.
Resetting login for a user in Penneo V1
- Log in to https://app.penneo.com
- Go to 'My company' in the menu on the upper right corner
- Click on the tab 'Users'
- Locate the User you would like to reset Password for
- Click on the User
- Enable the login methods you want to allow for login, and click 'Update User Details'
- Click on the 'Reset Credentials' tab
- Click the 'Send Reset Email' button.
- Click 'Accept'
The user will receive a link to reset their login method, make sure your user remembers to reset their login credentials and Connect an Electronic Identity Provider to their Penneo Login if you have allowed it. Penneo users are not able to logon with eID e.g. NemID or BankID before they have connected it to their Penneo Login.
Resetting login for a user in Penneo V2
- Log into https://app.penneo.com
- Click to 'Configure'
- Click 'Company'
- Click 'Users'
- Locate the User you would like to reset Password for
- Click on the 3 dots ... and select 'edit user'
- Enable the login methods you want to allow for login, and click 'Update User Details'
- Click on the 'Reset Credentials' tab
- Click the 'Send Reset Email' button.
- Click 'Accept'
The user will receive a link to reset their login method, make sure your user remembers to reset their login credentials and Connect an Electronic Identity Provider to their Penneo Login if you have allowed it. Penneo users are not able to logon with eID e.g. NemID or BankID before they have connected it to their Penneo Login.
