Penneo Dashboard and start screen
From here you have your overview and can easily go anywhere in Penneo. This is also where you have an overview of your Case Files and view Case Files expiring soon or recently Completed.
Overview
In the Overview section you can easily see your case files, click on the status and you will be sent directly to the archive for the case files with the selected status.
Cases Expiring Soon and Cases recently completed
Here you will find a list of your case files that will soon expire, you can change the expire date if you still need them. Your recent completed Case files are listed in the 'Cases recently completed' Section
Changing the Language in Penneo
You can change your language in your user profile. You there by clicking your name and selecting 'My profile'.
Select your language in the drop-down menu.
Click 'Update User Details'.
Going back to Penneo V1
Since Penneo V2 is under development, there might be some minor features that haven't been released yet. If you need to switch back to Penneo V1, you can do that by hovering over your name in the top menu and select 'Back for Penneo V1'
You can always go back to Penneo V2 by going to https://app.penneo.com/dashboard
Creating New Case File, KYC Validation* or Webform in Penneo*
Click on 'Create New' to create a Case file, a KYC Validation or a Webform.
*KYC Validation and Webforms is a paid feature in Penneo requires a subscription.
The Left Sidebar
Manage
From here you can manage your archive from the left sidebar menu, click on 'Manage', and you will be able to go to either your Case Files or Recycle Bin
Automate
From Here you can edit your Form templates* and Email Templates used when you send out case files in Penneo.
*Access to forms is a paid feature and requires a subscription
Configure
From here you can change your own Profile and settings that are connected to your profile. Such as your login methods, your email address and default language.

If you are an Administrator, you will also be able to see 'Company' this is where you can manage other users, login methods, Brandings etc.
