A signer that hasn't yet signed his/her documents can be modified, meaning that you can change the e-mail address and resend the request or even Delete a signer
How to modify a signer in Penneo V1
Change a signer
You can change a signer that has not signed yet if someone else has to sign instead.
- Find the case file in the folder "Archive" or "Pending".
- Click on the signer that you want to change.
- Click on the "Master data" tab.
- Change the name and e-mail address and press "Save changes" and "Resend request".
Note: You can only modify signers as long as they haven't signed. Once a signer is deleted from a case file, they can not be added again. To add more signers you will always have to create new case file.
How to modify a signer in Penneo V2
Go to the relevant case file that has the signer you want to modify, and simply click on the signer.
Here, you can change things like the name, email, Social Security Number, and other things.
When you're done, just press 'Save Changes' and the information is saved.
If you changed the email address, you might also want to re-send the signing request.
