You might sometimes want to update a form template you have already created. In this article we will go through the steps on how to do so. To begin, we need to go into the settings of the webform you wish to update. You can do so by clicking Automate and then Form Templates. Find the template you want to update and click the cogwheel. Proceed by clicking Edit. Note that you need to scroll down and click Save and continue for the changes to take effect.
If the changes to the webform consist of adding or deleting fields, you have to start by making changes to the original PDF. Select a PDF File and then choose your new PDF.
You can add new fields by clicking Add form field at the bottom of your list of fields. You can edit names, labels or types in both new and old fields.
To delete a field, simply click on the cross to the right of the field.
To rearrange the fields, hold the six squares and drag and drop the fields in the order you want them.
You can update the template settings by expanding Show Advanced Options.
The following video will show you how to update your webform.
