When KYC is activated on your account, everyone can send out KYC's , but to get access to the KYC menu so you can follow up, delete and those things it needs to be activated on each individual user. Here you can find a guide to activate that menu.
Be aware that this KYC menu is only available in Penneo interface V2
Activate KYC menu/archive
- Click on Configure and then Company
- Select the menu Users
- Find the user you want to activate KYC menu on and put your mouse over the user and the click on and the Edit user
- In the users setup activate the menu with a check mark in KYC/AML
- Click Update User Details
