When KYC is activated on your account, everyone can send out KYC's. However, you must activate the KYC archive on each individual user, for example to follow up and delete etc. Note that you must be an administrator to activate KYC archive for users.
*KYC Validation is a paid feature in Penneo. It requires a subscription.
- Click on Configure and then Company
- Select the menu Users.
- Locate the user you want to activate KYC archive on, and click on the user.
- Click on KYC/AML under Rights to activate the archive for the user.
- Click Update User Details. Note that the user might need to log out and in to be able to access the archive.
